Perform all duties of a lifeguard. |

Oversee accurate completion of all location level paperwork. |

Ensure operation meets the company standards for quality, service, safety, and financial efficiency. |

Ensure compliance with all park and department operational and safety policies and procedures. |

Train and sign off line level employees |
|
Develop, motivate, and coach line level employees |

Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily. |

Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner. |

Satisfies Wild Adventures standards for performance and conduct. For example, reports to work regularly and on time. |
