Role Description
Wild Adventures Theme Park is seeking a Manager for Attractions Operations in a full-time, on-site role located in Valdosta, GA. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of rides and attraction areas, ensuring a safe, efficient, and guest-focused experience. This role includes supervising and coaching staff, monitoring operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. The Manager will also handle scheduling, training, and evaluating team members to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills with experience supervising or coaching teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and operational standards, especially in attractions or the theme park industry
- Strong organizational abilities, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure smooth operational flow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate staff and enhance guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer service practices in the entertainment or hospitality sector
- Work closely with Safety, Maintenance and Aquatics Managers to ensure safe and smooth operation
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or non-standard hours as required in a park setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in theme park or attractions operations is highly desirable
