What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate II position at Wilcrest Pharmaceuticals?
Are you a warehouse professional ready to build something from the ground up?
Does the opportunity to establish warehouse processes and shape a department excite you? Does working with life-saving medications give your work deeper meaning? Do you thrive when given ownership and the chance to make a real impact? Outstanding, we've been waiting for someone with your initiative and expertise.
The Position: Warehouse Associate II
Your experience in warehouse logistics and passion for excellence make you the perfect foundation for our operations. You're skilled with forklifts, comfortable with technology like ERP systems, and understand that in pharmaceutical warehousing, every detail matters. Since you know that behind every shipment is a patient waiting for treatment, you bring the focus and dedication needed to maintain the highest standards. That's essential, because we're building trust with every delivery.
This role offers the rare combination of startup excitement with stable hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM to start). As our first warehouse hire, you're not just joining a team – you're creating one. You'll develop SOPs, establish best practices, and eventually help train the team that grows around you. Your fingerprints will be on everything we build.
Reporting directly to our Director of Operations, you'll have unprecedented access to leadership and real influence on decisions. Your observations about inventory, your suggestions for process improvements, and your insights about efficiency won't just be heard – they'll shape our future. We believe in open communication and value team members who take ownership.

We're builders, problem-solvers, and genuinely good humans who support each other.
