Position Summary:
This is a short-term, manual labor position. Responsibilities may include manual labor, assembly, disassembly, maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping. Responsible to perform work in a safe manner. Responsible to consistently role model our Core Values.
Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform various physical tasks that may include lifting, carrying, loading/unloading, digging, cleaning, basic construction, and other general labor duties.
Assembly and Disassembly: Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment, machinery, furniture, or structures as required.
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks.
Clean and maintain the work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks.
Participate in landscaping and groundskeeping activities such as mowing, weeding, planting, and maintaining outdoor areas.
Load, unload, and move materials, supplies, furniture and products from facility, trucks or delivery vehicles.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and minimize the risk of accidents.
Critical Core Competencies and Skills:
Good physical condition with the ability to perform strenuous tasks and stand for extended periods.
No specific educational requirements, but basic literacy and numeracy skills may be necessary for certain tasks.
Understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and diverse work environments.
Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for temporary laborers.
