What You’ll Be Doing
- Pole transfers (primary focus)
- Pole setting and removal when needed
- Working through existing lines safely and efficiently
- Reading prints and completing jobs accurately
- Working outdoors in all conditions
- Keeping pace with a high-production crew that doesn’t stand around

Pay Structure
- $25–$40/hour depending on your production and performance
- Option to switch to production pay for higher earning potential
- Production model: crews earn 80% of the job rate

- All tools necessary to get the job done
- Company truck provided
- Optional housing available for $175/week (not required)

What We’re Looking For
- Fiber / telecom experience preferred (especially pole transfers) — will train the right person
- Physically capable and ready to work
- Willing to travel and work long days when needed
- Strong work ethic (no exceptions)
- Team player who can keep up with production pace
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a big plus)

- Pole transfer experience
- CDL
- Climbing experience
- A solid attitude and can move with a crew that actually works
