Looking for SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
Location: Nashville, TN - 3 Days in a month
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design Lead end‑to‑end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience (Communities), and selected clouds (CPQ/FSL/Marketing/Health/Financial Services as applicable).
- Define scalable data models, sharing rules, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC), and asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch, Future).
- Hands‑on Engineering Write and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and declarative automation (Flows; limited Process Builder/Workflow as per best practices).
- Implement and optimize APIs, middleware integrations (MuleSoft/Boomi/Kafka/others), and event-driven architectures.
- Drive performance tuning, governor limit management, bulkification, and test coverage standards.
- Delivery Leadership Own technical backlog, estimations, and build plans; enforce DevOps practices (SFDX, Git branching, CI/CD pipelines).
- Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical mentoring of developers and admins.
- Partner with business/product to translate requirements into viable, measurable technical solutions; manage risks and trade-offs.
- Quality, Security & Compliance Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, OWASP, data privacy (PII), compliance (SOX/GxP/industry as applicable).
- Set non-functional standards (availability, resilience, observability, logging, monitoring).
- Stakeholder Management Communicate architecture decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; influence executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate with enterprise architects and platform teams for cross-system alignment.
