Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is an essential role within our sales and marketing support function. The individual will provide superior service to our customers, suppliers, and identified sales team members. This position will solicit sales orders, provide potential customers with product information and samples, and serve as a customer point of contact in the absence of a sales representative.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of industry and sales support experience, a strong background in all facets of order management and/or transactional processing, and experience with a Tier 1 ERP, preferably JDE. The candidate must also possess a high level of commitment and accountability in all areas of responsibility, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and/or within a team on given assignments.
