Customer Service Rep(Bilingual a plus!) Fulltime & Great Benefits!

Description: Greet customers and help them gain admission into yard while educating them on rules and policies. Identifies and computes charges for merchandise or services and receive payments. Answers telephones to provide information about the company to our customers ensuring a safe, orderly and rewarding experience every time.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone while maintaining a professional and respectful attitude.*
• Performs information, admission and cashier services including explaining policies and procedures, identifying various automotive parts, handling cash, store credit and credit card transactions and working with computers to assist customers.*
• Enforces Wilbert’s U-Pull It “Rules and Policies” including inspection of all tools and/or personal belongings taken into and out of yard when customer arrives and departs.*
• Maintains a safe and presentable work station*
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.*

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. For heavier merchandise lifting devices and/or assistance is required.
