Responsibilities
- Inspect outsourced monuments for engraving accuracy, dimensions, finish quality, and structural integrity.
- Review proofs and verify all artwork, lettering, and dates.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Identify and correct production issues.
- Train and support production staff on quality standards
- Handle quality-related customer concerns.
- Document and develop monument design standards.
- Audit monument design and maintain performance KPI’s.
- Work with the design and sales team as needed.
- Participate and lead problem solving efforts related to monument quality.
- 2 years’ experience in monument operations, design, stone fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of granite design, finishing and engraving processes preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
