Wilber is looking for new collectors to join our Great Place to Work Certified office in Bloomington, Illinois! We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Recovery team! Your main responsibility as a Full-Time collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Collectors start with a base pay of $19 an hour ($21 if bilingual in Spanish) along with uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.

Strong candidates for this role must have a high school diploma or GED and:
- Work well in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Have strong communication skills
- Are well organized and pay good attention to detail
- Ability to deescalate conflict
- Adaptable to change
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service or sales experience
