Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time Evenings (No Weekends)

$28/hour and up (depending on experience) Evening Differential

Wilber Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening position with a consistent weekday schedule and no weekends. This role is ideal for an LPN looking for predictability, strong staffing support, and work-life balance.

Schedule

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday
• No rotating shifts
• No weekends

Opportunity to add 4–6 flexible hours per week (administrative or support duties) to reach 36–40 hours, scheduled at times that work best for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents and report condition changes appropriately
• Support and supervise CNAs and CMAs during the shift
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
