A day in this role

Your day starts early at 6:00am. You review work orders, prep truck bodies, and set up tools for the day. You’ll:

• Carry out wet and dry sanding to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
• Use grinders to blend welds and correct imperfections.
• Mix and apply one-stage coatings with pressurized paint gun(s).
• Perform light bodywork using Bondo to ensure a flawless finish.
• Wear an N95 respirator and follow safety protocols throughout the shift.
• Wrap up by cleaning tools and staging jobs for the next day, finishing at 2:30pm.
  
  

What you bring

• Hands-on ability with sander (wet and dry), grinder, and pressurized paint gun(s).
• Familiarity with Bondo, single-stage paint, and power tools (preferred but not required).
• Must pass a Respirator Fit Test and wear an N95 respirator while working.
  
  

Schedule and pay

• Full-time, weekdays: 6:00am – 2:30pm.
• Compensation: Pay based on experience.
