Position Description
Wil-Pav, Inc. is seeking an experienced crew lead who understands civil and structural concrete construction.Responsibilities:
-Coordination of equipment, materials, and labor required to complete the project.
-Communication with management, staff, clients, and suppliers.
-Management of Crew Employee time entry, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
-Creation of project specific planning and execution methods.
-Oversight of job site safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Qualifications:
-Experience in crew leadership.
-Experience in set-up, pouring, and finishing concrete.
-Working knowledge of Local, State, and OSHA safety requirements and guidelines.
-Strong understanding of A.D.A Requirements, testing, and inspection procedures concerning civil and structural concrete construction.
-Experience reading project plans and design materials.
-Bilingual communication skills while not necessary are a plus.
