Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance products to meet their individual needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct insurance needs assessments and provide expert guidance on coverage options
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and client retention
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Valid insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required State Farm licenses
- Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
