What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Drivers position at Wil Call Services?
Overview
Level 1 Driver starting at $25 / Hr (plus $1 quarterly safety bonus per hour worked, if score is > 90%)
We are seeking a dependable and safety minded CDL Class A Drivers. Oilfield experience is a plus. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials and fluids to and from job sites. This position requires a strong commitment to our safety program as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule to make all commitments.
Duties:
- Safely operate commercial vehicles in oilfield environments.
- Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain required documentation.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment as required.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, and field personnel.
- Respond to changing operational needs and work assignments.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
- Must be committed to maintaining a strong safety culture and following all safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
