We are seeking a person for a Technical Solutions Manager role. This individual will work remotely and assist our sales efforts with press side customer support, training, and trials. Frequent travel will be required. Hours / Shift will vary depending on customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Trouble Shooting Flexo and Litho Ink Products
- Sales support regarding product selection, test runs, account transitions
- Support and help grow consumable product sales
- Customer training programs
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years minimum experience in printing industry
- Strong knowledge of litho, flexo printing processes
- Experience with oil based, energy curable, solvent and water based inks and coatings
- Proficiency in Color Measurement hardware and software
- X-Rite- iQC, IFS, ColorCert
- Curve, pressSIGN
- Techkon Calibri, ChromaQA
- Excellent interpersonal, math, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meetings
- Ability to plan and organize and complete tasks independently
- Ability to travel > 50% of a month
- Valid passport required with no restrictions for international trave
- Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, Customer Rules, policies and procedures.
