Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
- Analyze production performance and implement data-driven improvements aligned with operational excellence goals.
- Support new product introductions and ensure seamless scale-up into full production.
- Collaborate closely with Quality to embed quality assurance directly into process design.
- Troubleshoot process challenges and lead root cause analysis with a proactive mindset.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment reflective of Wijos values.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in regulated industries.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and equipment performance
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
