What are the responsibilities and job description for the LCSW Therapist and Clinical Supervision Coordinator position at Wiilow Tree Therapy Services?
Small therapy practice in Sparta seeking an LCSW candidate to work as both a therapist and clinical supervisor. Supervision would be coordinated with the owner (LAC) and another clinical supervisor (LAMFT). Clinical experience with young children, couples, trauma, or eating disorders would be especially desirable. Some WAH is possible, but the majority of the work would be in the office.
Populations served include children (4 and up), teens, couples, and adults. We have specialists in marriage and family work, play therapy, substance use disorders, trauma (EMDR and other modalities), and peri-natal mental health. We are primarily an out of network practice, but hold contracts with local unions and other organizations. We are also in the process of credentialing to accept Medicare and Medicaid in order to provide support underserved populations in our community. This is a significant part of the need to onboard an LCSW for supervision of LSW therapists who will work under these programs.
Practice is run in a building we own and designed specifically for the privacy and atmosphere most conducive to the work we do. Employees enjoy a friendly but professional relationship with each other and the owner and we have a dedicated staff to handle intake and billing. Offices are comfortable and personally tailored to each clinician.
Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
