We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team at WIGZ Marketing Solutions. This is a part-time, hybrid role (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday) based out of Life Time Work in River North, Chicago.
Schedule:
- Typically in-person on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Life Time Work
- Tuesday and Thursday remote
- In-person days may occasionally shift based on team or project needs
Pay: $25/hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Draft blogs and captions
- Perform light photo editing
- Post blogs on WordPress and Shopify
- Make basic website updates
- Assist with email and SMS marketing
- Support basic SEO optimization
- Join team meetings and collaborate on campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong writing and organizational skills
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, AI Tools, and social scheduling tools (like Vista Social and Meta Business Suite)
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation
