Required Traits & Characteristics:
- Ability to manage, scope, schedule, and budget of wide variety of projects
- Possess a positive attitude and serve as a coach and mentor to others
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve problems in a timely manner while working with a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, surveyors, architects, and technicians.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Master of Architecture from a NAAB-Accredited University
- Licensed Architect in the State of Michigan
- 10-20 years of experience in Architecture
- Previous project management experience
- Proficient in Revit
- Travel between offices for collaboration with team members and for project meetings and job sites as needed
