ZB Designs is the creative studio behind Wigglitz, the wiggly, fidgety collectible toy that's taking over desks, pockets, and social feeds everywhere. We make the best-designed, highest-quality toys on the planet, built to spark pure joy. Now we're looking for a Content Creator who brings vision, craft, and instinct to help us show it off to the world.

You'll work closely with our Social Media Content Director to lead the creation of content that hits that perfect balance of fun and flawless. You're not here to learn the basics. You're here to elevate our creative output, bring strategic thinking to every shoot, and produce work that turns heads and drives real results.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the Social Media Content Director to develop and execute a content strategy across platforms, driving consistency and growth.
• Lead the planning, shooting, and editing of high-quality video and photo content that showcases our toys, team, and brand story.
• Produce polished, scroll-stopping short-form videos with a strong point of view and a keen sense of platform-native storytelling.
• Drive the creative ideation process, bringing fresh concepts, leading brainstorms, and pushing our content from good to genuinely great.
• Own the production workflow: managing shoot logistics, asset libraries, and publishing schedules with minimal oversight.
• Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and competitor content to identify opportunities and keep our brand ahead of the curve.
• Mentor junior team members and contractors as needed, setting a high creative bar across the board.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of hands-on content creation experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates range, quality, and measurable impact.
• Deep fluency in short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You understand the nuance of each platform and know how to make content that performs.
• Expert-level proficiency with video and photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
• A strong creative eye backed by the technical skills to execute your vision independently, from concept through final delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. You're as comfortable presenting a creative concept as you are taking direction and iterating quickly.
• A proactive, self-directed mindset with the judgment to know when to move fast and when to slow down and get it right.
