ZB Designs is the creative studio behind Wigglitz, the wiggly, fidgety collectible toy that just took home the 2026 Collectable Toy of the Year. We make the best-designed, highest-quality toys on the planet, and right now we're growing fast. We're looking for driven, competitive Business Development Representatives to help us get Wigglitz in front of retail buyers and B2B accounts across the country. Hustle matters here more than a resume, and at a company growing this fast, the people who perform early are the ones who help build what comes next.

What You'll D
- oProspect and qualify B2B and retail buyer opportunities through outbound outreach including calls, emails, LinkedIn, trade shows, and wherever your targets are
- .Build and manage a healthy pipeline by consistently generating and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales cycle
- .Identify retail placement opportunities across specialty shops, toy retailers, gift stores, and beyond
- .Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and contribute to closing deals
- .Represent Wigglitz with energy and authenticity. You know the product, you believe in it, and that comes through in every conversation
- .Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and pipeline goals without needing to be chased down to do it
- .Share field intel with the broader sales team including what's working, what objections you're hearing, and what doors are opening

Compensation: Base plus uncapped commission. Your earnings are directly tied to your output and the ceiling is yours to
