Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly, taking orders and providing friendly service to enhance their experience
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with accuracy while processing cash transactions and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and food safety practices to ensure a hygienic environment
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the workspace organized and ready for service
- Assist in food preparation and beverage service, supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and giving accurate change
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and restocking efficiently

Pay: $22.85 - $27.52 per hour
