```Duties```
- Perform a variety of construction tasks such as demolition, excavation, and site preparation
- Assist with the installation of building materials, including framing, roofing, and siding
- Complete finish work such as trim carpentry, tile laying, and door hanging
- Assist with remodeling projects, including drywall installation and painting
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
```Experience```
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
