Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case documentation, assisting with the preparation of pleadings and motions, and ensuring timely filings. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The role would also require assisting with office administration and management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Experience conducting thorough and accurate Legal Research
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with drafting and filing Pleadings and Motions
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred
- Prior experience in business litigation or dispute resolution is highly desirable
