Key Responsibilities:
- Assist general manager and plant supervisor with schedule coordination, material ordering, quality control review, etc.
- Utilize metal fabrication experience to optimize production processes
- Produce quality drawings using AutoCAD
- Foster a culture of motivation, leadership, and accountability
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, prioritizing health and safety procedures
- Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
- Strong drafting skills required
- Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and enforce standards
- Clear communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective teamwork
- Integrity-driven mindset, upholding professional standards in all actions
- Resilience under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
