What You'll Do

Leadership & Operations

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of skilled diesel technicians
• Drive operational excellence through workflow optimization and quality assurance
• Manage P&L responsibilities and deliver financial results aligned with company targets
• Ensure 100% compliance with Wiers safety standards and protocols

Customer Excellence

• Exceed customer expectations through superior service delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify business development opportunities within existing accounts
• Represent Wiers Core Values in every customer interaction

Strategic Management

• Plan, organize, and execute service center operations (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays)
• Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a quality-first culture throughout the service center
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience in commercial vehicle repair/maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License (CDL strongly preferred)
• Proven P&L management and financial accountability experience
• Strong business acumen with customer service excellence focus
