Compensation
- $38 - $45 per hour
- $7500 signing bonus

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to expert when fleets need service at their location.
- Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site—from routine maintenance to complex issues
- Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
- Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and on the road
- Represent Wiers with professionalism and consistency
What You Bring
- 5 years of diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required)
- Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions
- Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Experience
- ASE certifications
- Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.)
- Mobile or field service background
- DOT inspection experience
- Advanced diagnostic training
