Responsibilities and Skills:

• Lead diagnosis and repair of the most complex heavy-duty truck and equipment systems
• Master-level expertise
• Advanced DOT and PM inspection capabilities with quality oversight responsibilities
• Expert-level electronic diagnostics and troubleshooting of advanced engine management systems
• Hydraulic system mastery including complex diagnostic and repair procedures
• Mentor and train junior and senior technicians in advanced techniques
• Quality control oversight for complex repairs and installations
• Technical problem-solving leadership for escalated issues
• Process improvement initiatives and best practice development

Must Haves:

• Master-level CAN-DO attitude - You solve what others can't

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license (CDL certification preferred)
• Master-level certifications: Cummins Medium and Heavy Duty, Navistar, Detroit, and additional OEM certifications
• 8 years minimum of advanced Diesel Technician experience
• ASE Master Technician Certification strongly preferred
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience
• Track record of solving complex technical challenges
