Responsibilities and Skills:
- Lead diagnosis and repair of the most complex heavy-duty truck and equipment systems
- Master-level expertise
- Advanced DOT and PM inspection capabilities with quality oversight responsibilities
- Expert-level electronic diagnostics and troubleshooting of advanced engine management systems
- Hydraulic system mastery including complex diagnostic and repair procedures
- Mentor and train junior and senior technicians in advanced techniques
- Quality control oversight for complex repairs and installations
- Technical problem-solving leadership for escalated issues
- Process improvement initiatives and best practice development
Must Haves:

Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license (CDL certification preferred)
- Master-level certifications: Cummins Medium and Heavy Duty, Navistar, Detroit, and additional OEM certifications
- 8 years minimum of advanced Diesel Technician experience
- ASE Master Technician Certification strongly preferred
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Track record of solving complex technical challenges
