Are you an experienced commercial truck or fleet service leader who knows how to run a great shop?
Wiers International Trucks is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Service Manager to lead our Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Center in Logansport, IN.

Compensation: $80K - $120K
What You'll Do
- Lead, recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing technician team
- Conduct daily huddles and provide clear direction, expectations, and accountability for all direct reports
- Drive financial performance in alignment with the annual budget, including gross margin, billed hours, WIP, and proficiency
- Monitor and manage KPIs, P&L performance, and parts inventory to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Fleet Account Executives to strengthen, grow, and retain customer relationships
- Ensure all work leaving the shop meets Wiers’ high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
- Maintain full compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
- Communicate and reinforce Wiers’ vision, values, and mission while building a positive, high-performance team culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
- Prior leadership experience in a commercial vehicle or fleet maintenance environment
- Proven track record of managing financial performance and developing high-performing teams

- 4 years of management experience in the commercial trucking industry
