Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

As an Industrial Sewer, you'll use industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality seating and interior products while working in a collaborative manufacturing team. Your craftsmanship helps create products used by customers around the world.
What You'll Do
- Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
- Sew high-quality products according to customer and production specifications.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals.
- Cross-train on multiple products and sewing processes.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork throughout the department.
What We're Looking For
- Basic sewing skills or the aptitude to learn through a sewing assessment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude.
- Willingness to learn multiple products and rotate between workstations.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and regularly lift up to 20 pounds.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and requires standing throughout the shift while operating industrial sewing machines. The work involves repetitive hand movements, light lifting, and working around fabric materials in a non-air-conditioned production environment.
