Press Brake Setup & Operator

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Fairmont, MN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the bending of metal components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine the correct bending sequences and dimensions.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
