Our department consists of strategists, creatives and analysts who work together to create conversation worthy campaigns that live on the internet. They are constantly curious about the world around them and create work that allows our brands to get into spaces where advertising is not traditionally allowed.
The Social Resident works in creative partnership with the Head of Social to concept, create and produce effective creative deliverables for our clients. This role requires someone who lives on the internet, knows how to identify upcoming trends and can share opportunities for our brands to participate in culture.
Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions
- Assist with the development and design of social media campaigns and executions
- Pitch ideas for social-first content, videos, and editorial based on current events, what’s trending online, and what performs well on social media
- Research social media trends and cultural insights
- Attend meetings as requested
- Generate reports as needed to pitch ideas
- Monitor social media for a variety of national and global clients
Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements

- Understanding of social platform behaviors and trends
- Experience with community management/social engagement strategies
- Fellow should be able to juggle multiple projects at once, must be curious about internet culture, and be creative in approaching social storytelling
- Experience with TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, and other emerging platforms and Web3 to engage online audiences
- A passion for content creation and understanding of internet culture
