Hours: Monday - Friday: 6:45AM - 2:45PM

Location: Solon, Ohio

Daily and weekend overtime may be required

Requirements And Tasks

This position will support the Facilities Manager and the Maintenance Department in continual process improvements to increase safety and machine uptime.

• High School diploma or GED
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree with focus in Electrical or Controls Engineering
• 5-10yrs years’ experience preferred as CNC Maintenance Technician
• Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, seals and electric motors and controls
• Preferred knowledge SAP-PM and Step 7
• Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components.

Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing; ability to safely operate, maintain, update and store them.

• Familiarity with NC controls and servo circuits
• Experience in a CNC machining environment

Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing safety; ability to achieve safety and security requirements of manufacturing staff and work environment.

• Mechanical Assembly
  
  

Knowledge of various areas of mechanical assembly expertise, skills and techniques; ability to perform mechanical assemblies and subassemblies and related tasks such as material procurement, process development, fabrication, and testing.

• Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, seals and electric motors and controls is preferred
• Robotics/Computer Controlled Machinery
  
  

Knowledge of robotics technologies and computer applications working principles and operation manuals; ability to implement and operate them in an automated manufacturing environment.

• Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas, HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol
• Ability to properly use oscilloscope is preferred
• Knowledge of Ethernet communications, TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP
• Troubleshooting Technical Problems
  
  

Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical, electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.
