We are looking for an IT support technician to support the growth of their Santa Monica R&D office, manage vendor relationship and ensure IT services delivery:
-Troubleshooting Windows OS, Mac OS and Linux OS, IT network, AD, Office 365, storage, backups and digital workspace technologies such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, JAMF,
-Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, escalate technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA (using Jira);
-Building good relationship with 3rd party software/hardware vendors;
-Documentations
Initially 12 months full time W2 contract till the end of 2026 and will extend yearly afterwards. Offering $34.79 per hour (40 hours per week) plus contribution to medical plan and federal public holidays as PTOs. 5 days on site in Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA 90405)
Requirements:
-2 years experience working as IT support/service desk;
-Working knowledge in troubleshooting Linux (Red Hat) / Windows/ Mac OS X/Mac/Apple technologies
-Storage Systems - Synology (nice to have)
-3D printers (nice to have)
-Excellent client facing and problem solving skills, creative thinking and sociable personality
Salary : $35
