This is a full-time on-site role for Powersports Technicians based in West Chester, PA. The role involves routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and repairing motorcycles and other powersport vehicles. Technicians will perform tests and inspections, as well as interpret technical manuals and diagnostic tools, ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest quality standards in all services. Effective communication with the team and customers will be key to providing an exceptional experience.
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and suspension systems
- Familiarity with industry tools, diagnostic software, and technical manuals
- Experience with maintenance procedures, parts ordering, and documentation processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in effective communication with both team members and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Understanding of safety protocols and practices in a workshop environment
- Previous experience in powersports or motorcycle repair is preferred
- Technical certifications or relevant training in powersports/motorcycles repair is a plus
