The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the marketing strategy, brand development, and overall growth initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bentonville, AR. The CMO will oversee marketing plans, coordinate market research, develop and execute public relations campaigns, and manage the marketing and sales operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
- Strong expertise in Public Relations and crafting communication strategies
- Demonstrated capabilities in Marketing Management and overseeing marketing teams
- Solid understanding of Sales strategies and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role; experience as a CMO is a strong plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
