Amazing smiles start right at the front door! As our Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of our practice and the spark behind our patient experience. Partnering closely with our doctors, clinical assistants, and leadership team, you’ll set a welcoming vibe, keep practice flow running smoothly, and ensure every patient leaves happier than when they arrived. What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

• Deliver 5-Star Customer Service: Greet patients with a warm smile, answer calls, and make everyone feel right at home from the moment they walk in.

• Keep Schedule & Operations Moving: Manage seamless patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to ensure our doctors and clinical team can maximize patient care time.

• Manage Patient Accounts & Records: Maintain accurate dental health records, handle insurance eligibility checks, and keep patient accounts up to date.

• Support Practice Excellence: Pitch in with light general housekeeping and help monitor office stock levels so the team always has what it needs to succeed.

• Strong Communicator: Clear, warm verbal and written communication skills (bilingual Spanish skills are a great plus, but all great communicators are encouraged to apply!).

• Team Player & Problem Solver: Resourceful, open to growth and constructive feedback, and proactive in anticipating doctor, team, and patient needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years of administrative or customer-facing office experience preferred.

• Comfortable with basic computer navigation and digital recordkeeping.
