What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant position at Wicks Aircraft Supply Co.?
Qualifications: Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer invoicing and cash receipts and deposits
- Placing and tracking purchase orders with vendors
- Entering, paying, and maintaining vendor payables
- Entering payroll and tax payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Record and reconciling credit card transactions
- Answering phones and taking messages
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping and clerical duties
- Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks preferred) and Microsoft Office software experience, mainly Word and Excel.
- Detail oriented, organized, ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
