The ideal candidate will have Ag experience, high levels of customer service, and bring professionalism to the job. Your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer and teammate makes you a preferred candidate. To be qualified, all applicants must have experience in a retail environment. To stand out, you will have highly developed customer service skills, with attention to detail and follow-up. You will also exhibit strong verbal and written skills, teamwork, and knowledge of agriculture equipment.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service and retail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Ag equipment
• Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping.
• Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, and ability to lift with hands and arms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Schedule:

• During business hours, Monday through Friday.
• Weekends as needed.
• May need to perform duties outside of regular business hours

Work Location:

• This is not a remote position. Requires to be in-person at the dealership location.

Compensation Package:

• $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, compensation based on experience and qualifications.
