Summary: Prepare and process chemical etch equipment to produce parts for customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operation of chemical etch equipment
- In-process measurement of parts using a micrometer or drop gauge
- Resist strip parts
- Transfer of chemicals to and from etch area
- General maintenance of etch equipment and housecleaning of all areas
- Perform etchant change outs
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Metal prep
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC skills
- Able to read blueprints/drawings and extract data to help etch parts is a plus
- Able to use a precision measuring microscope is a plus
- Able to multi-task
- Familiar with chemicals is a plus
- Can do and positive attitude
- Eagerness and willingness to learn
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
