Position Overview
As a Wicked Team Member, you’ll be the face of the brand—helping customers, maintaining the store, and keeping the energy high. This role is perfect for someone who’s outgoing, dependable, and thrives in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and store offerings
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions responsibly
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Support store events, promotions, and special activations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
