Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of siding, windows, and trim components.
- Prepare work sites by performing heavy lifting, framing, metal stud framing, and masonry tasks as needed to create a solid foundation for exterior finishes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install siding panels, window frames, stucco, and other exterior materials with accuracy.
- Apply caulking, sealants, and perform trim carpentry to ensure weather-tight finishes that meet quality standards.
- Conduct construction estimating to determine material needs and project timelines; coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Experience
- Experience working with bending metal preferred.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed work while maintaining safety standards at all times.
