What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tasting Room Associate position at Wicked Dolphin?
Wicked Dolphin is looking for an outgoing, friendly and reliable person to be a part of our team in the Tasting Room & Gift Shop. Wicked Dolphin is Florida's Most Awarded Craft Rum Distillery.
The ideal fit for this position is someone who has a team-oriented mindset, a readiness to learn and grow and finds joy in making others happy. You will be working directly with the Tasting Room manager, and closely with the entire Tasting Room team. Job specific requirements include the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and can provide outstanding customer service. Prior retail experience and management experience is preferred.
Duties include
- Providing tastings & educating of Wicked Dolphin spirits
- Ability to speak in front of large tour groups of people, serve cocktails & rum samples
- Maintaining cleanliness of the retail store
- Handle purchases using POS system
- Store inventory - ordering new products and merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service
Must be 21 and have flexible working hours with Saturday availability.
Hourly pay tips!
Must be able to be on feet for at least 8 hours a day and lift 50lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
