What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Drivers Home Weekly 84K to 108K/1st Yr position at Wick TR?
Class A drivers earn $1600-$2500/WK running a dedicated account that will get you home weekly, offers a $2500 Sign On Bonus with full benefits after 30 days.
Drivers are paid $.73-$.76CPM with a $240 trailer unload. There is work in the boroughs with each trailer being a 28PUP and paying $250. At each location in CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, ME the driver places boxes on a conveyor belt that takes the boxes into the store where store personnel complete the delivery by putting the boxes into inventory.
Drivers are home weekly and when time to go home the driver may park the truck at a company store near their house. While running you may have a rider and a pet with you after you train on the account for a day or two. Pay for training is $150/Day.
The full benefits start after your 30th day and include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K and more.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40 trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months
- If you have been terminated from a previous job due to safety tissues you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier
- Relatively clean MVR with no CMV accidents that resulted in injury, jack knife or rollover in the last 5 years
