What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, tools, and building systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with production and safety teams to ensure equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage
- Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work orders
- Safety-first mindset and familiarity with OSHA standards
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or respond to urgent repairs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational training or technical certification in maintenance or related field
- Experience with CMMS systems and lean manufacturing environments
