Outside Sales Representative

We are looking to add an outside sales rep to our team in Wichita.

This is a field-based role. You’ll be working with contractors, municipalities, and engineers across the region, building relationships and growing business over time.

This is not a walk-in sales position. You will be expected to go out, make calls, follow up, and build your own book.

• Calling on contractors, cities, and project stakeholders
• Getting in front of jobs early and staying involved through completion
• Following up on quotes, bids, and active work
• Building and managing your own pipeline
• Working with our internal team to make sure jobs run smoothly

• Someone who is self-motivated and doesn’t need to be managed day-to-day
• Comfortable being out in the field and meeting people
• Willing to make calls, hear “no,” and keep going
• Strong follow-up and communication
• Construction or sales experience is helpful, but not required

If you’ve been around construction, plumbing, utilities, or anything similar, that’s a plus.

• Base salary commission
