Role Overview
As a Career Services Specialist at WTI, you will be instrumental in providing guidance and support to students and graduates as they navigate their career paths. You will leverage your strong sales experience and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with employers and connect them with qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized career guidance, job search strategies, and interview preparation to students and graduates.
- Assist in resume writing and design to ensure candidates present their skills effectively.
- Organize and facilitate career fairs and employer networking events.
- Conduct job market research to identify employment trends and opportunities for graduates.
- Develop and deliver soft skills training to enhance students' employability.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to create job placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with alumni to foster connections that support current students in their job searches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule
- This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, including half-day Fridays every week.
