Welder/Fabricator Tanks

Wichita Tank is looking for highly motivated welders to join its winning team. We are a top tier manufacturer of Frac Tanks and like equipment.

Looking for all experience levels to fill a variety of roles from crew leader to beginner

We offer some of the highest wages in the area.

Our welders can make up to $100,000 a year (based off 50hr. work week). Pay is hourly with weekly production bonuses.

Compensation Ranges will depend on your welding skill sets, motivation, work ethic, being a team player, and willingness to grow as a welder.

Here are some of the requirements for working at Wichita Tank:

This valued employee will work on various Tank products mostly mostly frac tanks

Must be skilled in stick and mig Welding.

Skills:

Ability read and interpret blueprint drawings

Use a measuring tape with accuracy

Perform accurate layouts on tanks

Fit-up and weld open root full penetration welds on both plate and pipe

Ability to work as a team member with other welders

Able to take direction and instruction from supervisors

Ability to work within a heavy fabrication environment

Ability to use Oxyacetylene cutting torches and/ or plasma cutter

Weld in all positions flat, up hill, down hill, and over head

Shall wear required PPE

Ability to lift 50lbs as required

Ability to stand, climb, stooping, and bend for extended periods of times

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (depending on experience and work ethic)

Shift:

• M-F
• 10 hour
• Day shift
