HIRING: INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – OVERHEAD CRANES (WICHITA, KS)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sell overhead crane inspections, repairs, installations, and upgrades
• Call on manufacturing plants, refineries, grain facilities, and fabrication shops
• Build and maintain relationships with Plant Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and EHS Managers
• Prepare quotes and manage opportunities through close
• Generate new business while also working existing opportunities

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Experience in industrial or B2B sales, or
• Strong mechanical or field background with the ability to transition into sales
• Comfortable discussing scope, identifying needs, and building trust quickly
• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Industrial or related sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
